Einnahme

Eine Portion Proteinpulver (35 g) mit 200-300 ml Wasser oder Milch vermischen. Am besten gelingt die Zubereitung in einem Shaker oder Elektromixer. Den Beutel nach dem Öffnen bitte wieder verschließen damit keine Feuchtigkeit in das Proteinpulver gelangen kann. Vor Hitze und direkter Sonnenstrahlung schützen.
