Der Vorteil liegt in der Weiterentwicklung des Proteinrohstoffs. Das Scitec Nutrition 100% Hydro Isolate ist praktisch vorverdaut und kann dadurch besonders schnell und effizient von deinem Körper aufgenommen werden. Die Shakes sind zucker- und fettfrei pro Portion. Ein hoher Gehalt an essentiellen Aminosäuren sowie verzweigtkettigen Aminosäuren (BCAA) ist ebenso ein starker Vorteil. Welche Vorteile bietet das Scitec Nutrition 100% Hydro Isolate?

Molkenprotein, umgangssprachlich meist Whey genannt, ist eine der besten Proteinquellen zum Muskelaufbau. Im Unterschied zum Molkenprotein Konzentrat verfügt das Molkenprotein Isolat als Rohstoff über einen noch höheren Eiweißgehalt. Das Protein wird schonend mittels eines Ultrafiltration und CFM-Verfahrens (Cross Flow Microfiltration) gewonnen. Dank der schonenden Kaltverarbeitung bleiben wertvolle Eiweißstrukturen wie Immunoglobuline und Lactoferrin aus dem Rohstoff erhalten. Die schonende Weiterverarbeitung (Hydrolyse) spaltet die Aminosäureketten auf, wodurch das Protein leichter von deinem Stoffwechsel aufgenommen werden kann. Man spricht auch von einem "vorverdauten Protein". Dies unterscheidet das Scitec Nutrition 100% Hydro Isolate von anderen Proteinen des Herstellers. Einnahme

Vermische eine Portion (23 g) Scitec Nutrition 100% Hydro Isolat Pulver mit 250 ml kaltem Wasser. Wir empfehlen täglich 1-3 Proteinshakes entsprechend deines Eiweißbedarfs zu trinken. An Trainingstagen kannst Du deinen Shake nach dem Training trinken, an trainingsfreien Tagen zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt.
