Einnahme

Einen Portion (800 mg) mit 200 ml Wasser oder Saft mischen und vor einer Mahlzeit einnehmen. Täglich bis zu 3x 800 mg einnehmen. Wir empfehlen den in der Dose enthaltenen Messlöffel zur Portionierung zu verwenden.

Das Nahrungsergänzugsmittel richtet sich an erwachsene Sportler und Sportlerinnen, sowie Personen mit erhöhter sportlicher Aktivität. Die empfohlene Tagesmenge nicht überschreiten. Bei einer höheren Einnahmemenge kann es zu einem Kribbelgefühl kommen, was gesundheitlich unbedenklich ist jedoch von vielen Verwendern als unangenehm empfunden wird.
