Mit dem Gelier-Xucker 3:1 lassen sich leckere Fruchtaufstriche und andere Köstlichkeiten zaubern. Für ein perfektes Gelierergebnis ist neben Xylit als Süßungsmittel noch Apfelpektin, Zitronensäure und Calciumcitrat enthalten. Das Pulver besitzt keinerlei Konservierungsstoffe und ist für Veganer geeignet. Wir vom Muskelmacher Shop finden es super, dass bereits eine kleine Anleitung zur Zubereitung eines Aufstrichs auf der Rückseite der Verpackung aufgedruckt ist.

Zutaten

Zutaten: Süßungsmittel: 96% Xylit; Geliermittel: Pektin, Dextrose; Säuerungsmittel: Citronensäure; Stabilisator: Calciumcitrat.

Einnahme

Gebe 3 kg klein geschnittene Früchte und 1 kg Gelierxucker in einen großen Topf und lass die Mischung leicht köcheln, bis das Obst weich ist. Rühre die Mischung regelmäßig um, auch während des Abfüllens. Fülle anschließend die Mischung so heiß wie möglich in ein Behältnis ab und verschließe dieses sofort. Anschließend lass die Mischung sich abkühlen.

Kann bei übermäßigen Verzehr abführend wirken. Von Tieren (und insbesonder von Hunden) fernhalten! Gut verschlossen und außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Haustieren aufbewahren.

Verkehrsbezeichnung: Tafelsüße auf Grundlage von Süßungsmittel (Xylit). Für Lebensmittelbegrenzte Verwendung.

ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gelierzucker die Marmelade schmeckt sehr natürlich, es ist ein gutes Produkt

ich kaufe diesen Gelierzucker jetzt nur noch weil das ergebnis und der geschmack mich überzeugt haben.
