Die Zutatenliste dieser leckeren Dinkelflakes ist kurz und übersichtlich: 93% Vollkorn-Dinkel, Gerstenmalz und Meersalz. Seitenbacher ist spezialisiert auf Naturkost ohne unnötige Zusatzstoffe. Der Dinkel ist übrigens eine Urform des Weizens. Im Gegensatz zum Weizen, der ein mildes Klima braucht, wächst Dinkel auch bei wesentlich rauerem Klima. Für gesundheitsbewusste Menschen sind die Seitenbacher Dinkelflakes aufgrund ihres hohen Ballaststoffgehalts und dem natürlichen Eiweiß ein hervorragendes Lebensmittel.

Tipps
